Join us as a Customer Experience Operations Manager and play a key role in transforming customer feedback into actionable insights that enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty. As a vital part of our Customer Experience team, you'll ensure that each step of the customer journey is aligned with Qlik’s commitment to delivering impactful, seamless experiences.
What makes this role interesting?
In this role, you’ll be at the heart of our Voice of the Customer (VoC) initiatives, leading the charge in managing our NPS & CSAT surveys. Using your strategic, analytical, and technical skills, you’ll craft dashboards and models that turn multi-channel customer feedback into actionable insights. You'll leverage cutting-edge survey and text analysis platforms to produce quality data, enabling you to draw meaningful conclusions that drive decisions across teams. With every project, you’ll have the opportunity to impact our customer experience directly, contribute to a unified roadmap, and bring your vision for improvement to life.
Here’s how you’ll be making an impact:
- Drive customer experience initiatives by leading our enterprise survey and text analytics platform, producing insights that translate into measurable customer satisfaction.
- Partner cross-functionally to review and refine processes, aligning teams around actionable feedback that reduces customer effort and enhances loyalty.
- Contribute to roadmap development through a data-driven approach that highlights areas for improvement, ensuring each customer journey phase is more efficient than the last.
- Oversee and coordinate project milestones and post-phase evaluations, using insights to continually enhance customer experiences.

We’re looking for a teammate with:
- Experience & Insight: 5+ years in Customer Insights or Voice of the Customer programs, with a Bachelor’s or Master’s in IT, business management, computer science, or a related field.
- Technical Acumen: Proficiency in enterprise text analytics tools and platforms like Qualtrics or Pendo. Experience with Salesforce, Marketo, or other journey mapping tools is highly beneficial.
- Project Leadership: A Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is preferred, along with a proven ability to manage complex projects, drive alignment, and navigate dependencies.
- Stakeholder Communication: Exceptional communication skills, including presentation and storytelling abilities, to engage and influence cross-functional teams.
- Problem Solving & Initiative: Self-motivated with a passion for improvement. You’re eager to identify challenges, back up solutions with data, and translate ideas into action.

The anticipated base salary range for this role is $110,000 to 150,000 USD per year. Final compensation offered by Qlik will be based on factors such as the candidate’s location, job-related skills, education, experience, and other business and organizational needs. Qlik offers a comprehensive benefits package.
