Customer Relations Specialist

Come join our growing team! Independence In Motion, located in Noorristown, PA, is adding a full-time team member to work 40 hours each week Monday through Friday from 8:30am – 5:00 pm. Pay commensurate with experience and energy. This position is available immediately. *This position is onsite - NO remote work! Independence In Motion is a mobility and medical equipment company serving Montgomery County, Delaware County, Bucks County, and Chester County in PA. We specialize in the sale and rental of mobility equipment, including portable scooters, power wheelchairs, lift chairs, manual wheelchairs, transport chairs, stairlifts, and complex rehab equipment. We are looking for an individual who can provide administrative and sales support to the current team. The ideal candidate will have: • High school diploma, or equivalent • Clean driving record • Must have experience with ICD-10 coding and basic knowledge of Healthcare Common Procedure Coding (HCPC) • People skills – you must love to interact on the telephone and in person with people. • High energy personality • Strong problem-solving skills • Superior attention to detail • Basic computer proficiency, MS Office Suite (Word, Outlook, and Excel) • Ability to lift 40 pounds • The desire to learn new skills • Multi-tasking skills, if you don’t like to multi-task, this job is not for you • Serving others in their time of need is not an easy task. Office Representative-Accounts Assistant-Team Member • Answering phone calls • Responding to general emails • Greeting and engaging with customers • Updating records • Filing paperwork • Stocking the store • Scanning or printing document copies • Receiving inventory physically and into the appropriate software • Preparing orders for sale and rental • Recommending products to meet customers’ needs. • Scheduling client appointments and managing essential deadlines. • Collecting payments and posting accounts receivable records • Assisting with managing clients records while maintaining HIPAA compliance • Keep the team informed of all issues in a timely and concise manner. Assist with special projects as assigned by the team. • Register documentation by scanning items, itemizing, and inputting customers' invoices and work tickets. • Encrypt patient health information (PHI) to maintain confidentiality. • Issue invoices and receipts and send them to customers through various channels (mail, email, etc.) • Maintain files for tracking invoices throughout the submission cycle • Communicate with and assist medical equipment technicians Benefits • Paid Time Off • 401(k) with Company Match • Company-Paid Holidays Job Type: Full-time Pay: $21.00 - $25.00 per hour Expected hours: 40 per week Benefits: • 401(k) matching • Paid time off Work Location: In person
