Your Daily Superpowers): • Be the Friendly Face:Greet every customer with a genuine smile and help them find what they need — good vibes only. • Know the Goods:Stay on top of sales, promotions, and product info so you can drop knowledge and help customers make great choices. • Make it Rain (Responsibly):Run the register like a pro, handle transactions accurately, and follow all cash-handling procedures. • Keep It Looking Sharp:Tidy store, clean restrooms, clear walkways (yes, even in snow), and stock shelves like a retail ninja. • Food on Point:Prepare and maintain food offerings — clean, fresh, safe, and ready to go. • Stock Up:Keep shelves full, rotate products using FIFO (first in, first out), and keep that cooler organized and chill. • Stay Sharp:Follow safety and security procedures, check IDs when needed, and keep an eye out for anything that’s off. • Team Vibes:Help train new hires, complete daily checklists, and jump in wherever needed — we’re all about teamwork here. Requirements: • Age:Must be at least 18 years old. • Availability:Able to work various shifts, including weekends, holidays, and overtime as needed. • Education:High school diploma or GED preferred. • Communication:Fluent in English with clear verbal and written skills. • Math:Ability to perform basic arithmetic operations (you’ll use it more than you think!). • Physical Requirements: • Stand/walk for up to 8 hours. • Occasionally lift up to 30 lbs., push/pull up to 20 lbs. • Bend, reach, and move comfortably throughout your shift. • Work in both indoor and outdoor conditions — including coolers, freezers, and the occasional snow situation.
