As aCustomer Service Representative, you will join the Customer Service department in providing unparalleled customer satisfaction, helping those in need of homecare services. In this role, you will answer incoming calls, responding to service related questions and obtaining feedback, completing required documentation, and escalating calls as needed. Customer Service Representative Responsibilities: • Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and timely manner. • Provide accurate information about our services and address any concerns or issues raised by clients. • Maintain detailed and accurate records of all customer interactions and transactions. • Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies to ensure customer satisfaction. • Collaborate with team members and other departments to resolve customer complaints or escalate issues as needed.
