Customer Service Specialist

Customer Service Representative Location:Addison, IL Schedule:Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM or 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM (onsite, 5 days a week) Pay Rate:$28–$36 per hour Duties: * Serve as a key point of contact for customers, ensuring timely and accurate order processing from entry through delivery * Manage order status updates, coordinate with internal departments, and resolve customer inquiries efficiently * Maintain and update customer records within ERP or MRP systems * Generate and review reports in Excel to track orders, shipments, and customer communications * Collaborate with manufacturing and engineering teams to ensure accurate fulfillment and scheduling * Provide exceptional service by handling escalations, troubleshooting issues, and maintaining positive client relationships Requirements: * Minimum 3 years of customer service and order processing experience within a manufacturing or engineering environment * Strong background working in ERP/MRP systems such as SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, Microsoft Dynamics, Sage, or Epicor * Proficient with Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office Suite * Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills * Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, detail-driven environment About Trova Advisory Group Trova Advisory Group specializes in delivering a comprehensive array of staffing solutions tailored to meet the diverse needs of businesses across various sectors.
