As a Customer Support Representative, you’ll be the go-to resource for businesses and customers exploring AT&T’s services. Whether it’s helping customers get lightning-fast internet, ensuring a business has seamless wireless connectivity, or introducing upgrades that improve everyday communication, you’ll play a direct role in keeping people connected. This Customer Support Representative role is about more than sales. It's about creating support, experiences, solving problems, and making technology work for people.
Customer Support Representative Responsibilities
• Connect with businesses and customers to introduce AT&T services that can transform the way they stay connected.
• Understand the features, benefits, and promotions of AT&T’s wireless, internet, and fiber options to provide tailored recommendations.
• Enroll customers in services that fit their needs which can also include bundled plans
• Serve as a trusted point of contact for customers, answering questions and ensuring their service setup is smooth and convenient.
• Provide customer insights and feedback to leadership while supporting team efforts to increase sales and customer acquisitions.
• Stay up to date on service upgrades, device launches, and telecom trends so customers always get the latest and best options.
Customer Support Representative Qualifications
• Previous experience in customer service, sales, retail, or similar is a plus (but not required).
• Genuine interest in telecom, technology, and helping people stay connected.
• Strong communication skills and comfort engaging in conversations with a variety of customers.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to problem solve effectively.
• Proactive, enthusiastic, and motivated to deliver exceptional customer service.
• Works well both independently and as part of a team.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $3,600.00 - $4,700.00 per month
Work Location: On the road
