Job Description
We are hiring motivated Customer Support Representatives to join our fast-growing telecommunications team. This entry-level position is designed for individuals who are passionate about customer service, eager to learn, and ready to support one of the leading brands in the industry.
As a Customer Support Representative, you will work directly with AT&T customers to provide professional assistance, resolve service questions, and guide them through wireless, internet, and home service options. This is an opportunity to gain hands-on experience in customer support, account management, and sales communication while representing a trusted telecom brand.
Key Responsibilities of a Customer Support Representative:
• Engage with customers daily to answer questions, explain products, and provide service solutions
• Support AT&T wireless and internet services by walking customers through plan options, upgrades, and activations
• Handle customer account updates, billing inquiries, and service troubleshooting with accuracy
• Recommend bundled telecommunications solutions to improve customer satisfaction and increase sales opportunities
• Maintain accurate service records and contribute to daily team support goals
• Represent the brand with professionalism, energy, and clear communication
