Job Description CUSTOMER SUPPORT REPRESENTATIVE Pay: Starting at $21.10 (40 hours per week) IsoFusion, Inc. is a growing company focused in Internet services including, Data Center services, Fiber Internet connectivity and web/server hosting. We are headquartered in Tukwila, Washington with an office in Tacoma and Seattle. We offer various types of connectivity to our clients, as well as IT solutions, in addition to the eight colocation data centers throughout the greater Seattle area. As a part of this position, we expect our employees to take ownership of all that they do with us. From taking the initial phone calls, tickets or emails, to all of the follow up contacts with our clients, ensuring our customers have the best possible experience with our company and services. · Provide timely and thorough resolution of all issues raised by customers, as well as documenting all actions taken. · Troubleshoot connectivity issues involving high-speed internet. connections such as broadband of and Fiber to the Home (FTTH). · Support email services on all platforms, including mobile, web hosting, and domain names, DNS settings, and Business and Residential VoIP services · Ability to read and explain billing and invoicing to customers. · Maintain a consistent high level of quality support. · Understanding of Windows, Macintosh, and mobile operating systems. · Solid understanding of high-speed broadband connectivity, email, and VoIP services. · Basic understanding of Fiber Optics, to help support and troubleshoot connectivity. · Solid knowledge of TCP/IP, domain hosting, and LAN/WAN concepts · Excellent written, listening and verbal communication skills and an ability to maintain professionalism in all client communication · Flexibility in shift schedules (starting as early as 5:00 am, ending as late as 8:00 pm as well as holidays, weekends, etc.) · Previous call center experience of at least 1 year. · Pass a background check.
