To learn more about Mission Technologies, click here for a short video: https://vimeo.com/732533072 Job Description Huntington Ingalls Industries (HII) Mission Technologies Warfare Systems partners with the DoD and defense innovation ecosystem to rapidly acquire and field critical and emerging technologies, particularly integrated communications, networking, and Systems-of-Systems (SoS) technologies, to enhance national security and warfighter capabilities. Through a multiagency contracting approach, the Collaborative Operations for Battlespace Resilient Architecture (COBRA) initiative focuses on advancing these technologies to achieve multi-domain battlespace integration and resilient command and control. This includes a broad range of services such as systems engineering, cybersecurity, operational integration, and data analytics, all aimed at modernizing communications and ensuring seamless information exchange for the DoD and its allies. Essential Job Responsibilities • Supports full spectrum, multi-domain, CO capability development to include OCO and DCO, DIB, and DODIN. • Provides software and hardware capabilities that produce cyberspace effects in and throughout cyberspace operations via vulnerability analysis and software research and development. • Designs, develops, and implements Information Assurance (IA) and security standards using Zero Trust models and Cloud technologies to enhance system security. Minimum Qualifications 5 years relevant experience with Bachelors in related field; 3 years relevant experience with Masters in related field; 0 years experience with PhD or Juris Doctorate in related field; or High School Diploma or equivalent and 9 years relevant experience. • Must possess an active Top Secret clearance. • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field • Strong understanding of system development lifecycle (SDLC) • Ability to analyze complex technical problems and propose effective solutions Preferred Requirements • Experience with DoD systems and acquisition lifecycle • Proficiency with systems modeling or simulation tools • Familiarity with Agile development methodologies The listed salary range for this role is intended as a good faith estimate based on the role's location, expectations, and responsibilities.
