Data Analyst, Specialist

This role supports data analytics initiatives aimed at accelerating business operational efficiency, promoting model adoption, and enhancing cash flow from models. You will collaborate with stakeholders to identify trends and outcomes across diverse datasets, including marketing, sales, and client transactions. Candidates should be proficient in SQL for data extraction and transformation using the Redshift data warehouse (FAS360), and capable of analyzing data with tools such as Python and Tableau. Additionally, the ideal candidate will be comfortable navigating project ambiguity and possess strong communication and consultative skills. Responsibilities: • Collaborate with internal partners to understand business strategy, translate requirements into analytical projects, and lead them to completion. • Leverage data from various engagement and transactional sources to develop insights, recommendations, and reporting. • Acquire, compile, and validate the quality of structured and unstructured data. Analyze client data to identify trends and patterns that impact the client experience. • Develop, own, and manage recurring analytical requests and reporting processes. • Prepare and deliver visualizations and presentations that translate insights into actionable solutions. Communicate recommendations to stakeholders across the organization, including senior management. • Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies related to data analytics, customer experience, and financial services. • Participate in special projects and perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications: • Minimum of five years of related work experience. • Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of training and experience. • Technical proficiency in SQL, Python, and Tableau. • Strong financial and investment acumen preferred.
