We are looking for a Data Operations Specialist that will provide essential administrative support and play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of business processes. The Data Operations Specialist will report to the Data Operations Team Lead (Network) while collaborating closely with the team and various departments to manage daily administrative tasks optimize operations and support the overall efficiency of the organization. The Data Operations Specialist responsibilities will include overseeing the sub-affiliation setup for this portfolio ensuring that operators are presented in a qualitative and attractive manner through our central platform. As a Data Operations Specialist you are expected to:

1)Oversee the affiliation setup for your portfolio through the central platform.

2)Collaborate closely with the Sales and Publisher Managers team to form a cohesive unit.

3)Update and maintain the customer database and records.

4)Communicate effectively with both internal and external stakeholders.

5)Analyze data and identify errors for correction.

6)Provide support for other operational efforts and ad hoc duties as needed.

7)Provide a variety of support duties for publishers and advertisers. Success in this role means: 1)Efficient deal/link implementation. 2)Reduce data errors. 3)Being proactive and taking ownership.

1)Previous experience in the igaming and affiliation industry is a plus.

2)Previous experience in fast-paced environments.

3)Excellent organizational and multitasking skills to prioritize across different tasks and meet deadlines as per business objectives.

4)Strong communication skills both verbal and written in English.

5)Team player mentality with problem-solving skills and ability to think outside the box.

6)Ability to work under minimal supervision.

7)Attention to detail and accuracy.
