InPost’s lockers provide consumers with a cheaper and more flexible convenient environmentally friendly and contactless delivery option.

Right now we’re  looking for an exceptional Product Manager to join our rapidly growing Data & AI domain.  In this role you’ll help design and scale products that empower teams across InPost Group to make smarter data-driven decisions and leverage AI for measurable business impact.

Job Description

Your mission:

• Lead the development and evolution of products in the Data & AI domain – from analytics platforms to AI-powered tools – ensuring they meet business needs and deliver tangible outcomes.

• Manage product roadmaps and backlogs ensuring smooth planning and on-time delivery through close collaboration with engineering data science and business stakeholders.

• Identify opportunities where data or AI can bring measurable business value define hypotheses and coordinate experiments or Proofs of Concept to validate them.

• Develop and implement effective Go-To-Market strategies for our products.

• Continuously improve product quality and efficiency by leveraging user feedback data analytics and usage insights.

• Drive the adoption and integration of data and AI solutions across the organization.

Qualifications

What you’ll bring:

• 3+ years of experience as a Product Manager in a leading technology consulting or e-commerce company – combining strong technical understanding with strategic thinking.

• Solid foundation in data analytics engineering or AI/ML enabling you to bridge technical aspects with business goals.

• Understanding of cloud technologies big data environments and/or AI platforms .

• Experience managing autonomous cross-functional teams using tools and methodologies such as JIRA Confluence Scrum LeSS and Data Mesh.

• Outstanding communication stakeholder management and problem-solving skills.

• Fluency in English (both written and spoken).

Nice to have:

• Hands-on experience with data governance data modeling or machine learning technologies .

• Familiarity with medallion architecture star schema or data lakehouse concepts .

• Knowledge of Data Mesh principles or AI lifecycle management .

• International work experience or exposure to global teams.
