What you’ll do

To further this important mission we are looking for a driven and collaborative Tech Recruiter to grow and scale our global Data organization. You can expect high impact and wide-ranging responsibility: owning full-cycle recruiting on niche data searches contributing to our geo strategy with talent market insights and delivering best-in-class candidate experience. This person must be a builder who thrives in a learning environment—unafraid to try new things embrace new ideas navigate ambiguity and welcome suggestions for how we can iterate on our processes.

Responsibilities:

• Partner with senior leaders across the Data organization to understand hiring objectives and develop recruiting strategies to identify top talent across data science and data analyst profiles.

• Help initiate creative and scalable changes to our existing recruiting processes

• Track and analyze metrics and report on hiring progress to Data leadership on a regular cadence

• Focus on creating strategic plans to attract and engage talent across different geos

• Work closely with cross-functional teams like Finance People Ops Benefits Onboarding and Legal to deliver a high-quality and holistic candidate experience

Minimum requirements:

• 4+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience in a fast-paced high-growth environment including in house experience

• Experience building high performing teams and delivering an exceptional candidate experience

• A growth mindset and truly flexible. You can shift tasks and priorities when circumstances change (at a fast-growing startup they often do)

• An active and data driven approach to problem solving; you enjoy making sense of the trends and using the insights to better your process to make it more efficient

• Proven abilities to attract passive senior candidates and build a diverse pipelines across different hiring locations

• Strong operational rigor with the ability to stay organized amidst change

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with an appropriate blend of professionalism and friendliness
