We are looking for motivated and tech-passionate individuals to:
• Collaborate effectively with team members both business and technical to understand data-driven challenges and opportunities
• Maintain a strong focus on learning quality and continuous improvement
• Support the analysis and resolution of data inconsistencies and model performance issues
• Assist in developing and experimenting with machine learning models and analytical solutions to improve insights and decision-making
• Contribute to data preprocessing feature engineering and exploratory data analysis to enhance model performance
• Help document technical requirements and support the development of data-driven solutions
• Minimum 2 years working as a data scientist with demonstrated involvement in AI-related projects
• Academic background in data science statistics computer science or a related field
• Familiarity with machine learning concepts and statistical modeling techniques through coursework or academic projects
• Eagerness to learn and support technical teams in identifying and resolving data-related challenges
• Understanding of data modeling concepts and database principles
• Basic programming skills in SQL Python R or equivalent language for data analysis and model development
• Interest in obtaining relevant certifications in data science machine learning or cloud-based analytics platforms (e.g. AWS Azure GCP)
• Agile mindset - willingness to learn adapt to changing priorities take initiative and apply critical thinking
One of the following:
• Basic understanding of data governance principles and best practices
• Exposure to data visualization and storytelling using analytical tools
• Familiarity with cloud-based machine learning concepts and model deployment basics
• Foundational knowledge of statistical analysis machine learning algorithms and data preprocessing techniques
• Availability to travel is required
