Your Role and Responsibilities
As a key member of our dynamic team you will play a vital role in crafting exceptional software experiences. Your responsibilities will encompass the design and implementation of innovative features fine-tuning and sustaining existing code for optimal performance and guaranteeing top-notch quality through rigorous testing and debugging. Collaboration is at the heart of what we do and you’ll be working closely with fellow developers designers and product managers to ensure our software aligns seamlessly with user expectations.

About the Role

We are seeking a talented and passionate SRE engineer to join our growing Core Services team to apply your cloud operation and DBA skills across our market-leading SaaS Product.
In this role you will work closely with other members of the Core Service team (DevOps DBA and IT Operations) as well as the team of Engineers and QAs.

Key Responsibilities

• Daily monitoring administration and preventative maintenance work for Envizi SaaS database application and cloud infrastructure
• Administration of SQL Database Servers
• Administration of IIS Web Server environments and Windows Server systems
• Administration of cloud infrastructure (AWS and Azure) and proactive monitoring maintenance and support of cloud services
• Providing general problem diagnosis and technical support to internal and external inquiries in North America/Europe regions

• Linux servers
• Compliance: FedRAMP SOC1/SOC2 or ISO certification

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

• 5+ years of experience with cloud environments (AWS and Azure)
• 3+ years of experience with SQL Server (2016/2019) as DBA or DB developer
• 2+ years experience in Windows Server System Administration (Windows Server 2019/2022)
• 2+ years of scripting and language skills – such as PowerShell
