 JOB SCOPE & PURPOSE
The Analyst within Decision Sciences provides impactful and insightful analysis and business intelligence to Targetbase clients. He/she has a natural curiosity and a desire to discover the answers to key questions via data and research analysis.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
- Delivers impactful analyses of assigned projects with high quality, on time, and within estimated hours
- Reviews data for insights, trends, and key observations
- Develops working knowledge of Targetbase’s key analytical competencies
- Solves problems by thinking through approaches to the data or analysis
- Participates as a collaborative team member, holding himself/herself and the team accountable for the work
- Puts the client first, anticipating, understanding, and meeting/exceeding client expectationsÂ
EXPERIENCE & EDUCATION
- Minimum of 1-2 years of applied analytics experience
- Experience in some or all of the following areas of marketing analysis: segmentation, predictive analytics, digital analytics, measurement, business intelligence, and/or market research
- Bachelor’s Degree is required
 KNOWLEDGE & ABILITY
- Basic knowledge of analysis techniques
- Proficient with SQL,R and or PythonÂ
- Proficient in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Effective communication skills
 POSITION REQUIREMENTS
- We are a hybrid company working 3 days a week in office and 2 days a week at home. Candidates must live in the Dallas/Fort Worth area and willing to be in office on required days
