KEITH is seeking a skilled and experienced Deltek Solutions Specialist to join our team and strengthen our growing firm. The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing, maintaining, and optimizing Deltek software solutions, specifically focusing on transitioning from Deltek Vision to Deltek Vantagepoint. This role requires a deep understanding of Deltek products, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the implementation and configuration of Deltek Vantagepoint, ensuring a smooth transition from Deltek Vision.
• Provide ongoing support and maintenance for Deltek Vantagepoint, ensuring optimal performance and user satisfaction.
• Collaborate with various departments to understand business needs and translate them into effective Deltek solutions.
• Conduct system testing, troubleshooting, and debugging to ensure software functionality and performance.
• Develop and deliver training sessions and user guides to ensure effective use of Deltek products by staff.
• Create and maintain detailed documentation of system configurations, processes, and procedures.
• Stay current with Deltek product updates and industry best practices to ensure KEITH leverages the latest features and functionalities.
• Assist in data migration, integration, and reporting efforts to ensure accurate and efficient data flow across systems.
• Support project management efforts by providing technical expertise and ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field.
• Proven experience working with Deltek software solutions, specifically Deltek Vision and Vantagepoint.
• Strong understanding of accounting, finance, and project management principles as they relate to Deltek solutions.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with a proactive and analytical approach to identifying and resolving issues.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively train and support end-users.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Experience with SQL, database management, and data integration tools is a plus.
• Deltek certifications or relevant professional certifications are highly desirable.
