What You'll Do

• Collaborate with architects, direct managers, landlords, and engineers to gather design requirements.
• Design and create 2D & 3D computer models of shops, buildings, and machinery from blueprints or conceptual ideas.
• Develop layouts, detailed drawings, and full specifications, including Bills of Quantities (BOQs).Create and present mood boards and design models to management.
• Calculate dimensions, weight limitations, and material requirements.
• Prepare and review rough sketches and detailed designs using CAD software.
• Identify potential operational issues and redesign to improve functionality.
• Ensure final designs comply with regulations, industry standards, and quality benchmark
• Oversee design progress to meet schedules and budget constraints
• Perform constructive reviews, ensuring designs align with contract requirements and commitments.
• Coordinate and control design submittals for review and approval
• Review negotiate, and recommend approval or disapproval of designs.
• Implement corrective measures for identified issues and facilitate design issue resolution.
• Assist in special research and technical projects, blending technique and aesthetics for optimal design outcomes.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor’s degree in Design Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
• Proficiency in CAD software and 3D modeling tools.
• Strong analytical skills to calculate dimensions, weights, and material requirements.
• Excellent understanding of design compliance and regulatory standards.
• Creative problem-solving abilities to address operational and design challenges
• Effective communication and presentation skills.
• Experience in overseeing design projects within schedule and budget constraints.
• Attention to detail with a focus on blending technique and aesthetics.
• Proven ability to manage multiple design tasks and stakeholders efficiently.

Recruitment Process and Timeline 

First, you apply, and our talent attraction team will review your profile. If your profile matches our requirements, you will receive a link to schedule a meeting with a recruiter at your convenience. This meeting is an opportunity for you to share more about yourself and for us to get to know you better.

If you are shortlisted, you will meet with our hiring managers. Depending on the role and its requirements, you may need to attend 2-3 interview rounds. These rounds could include a case study, role-play, trial assignment, or live coding session, which will be communicated to you in the initial conversation.

Upon successful completion of the interview rounds, your recruiter will contact you to discuss the offer. We aim to complete this process within 2-3 weeks.
