Developer Team Lead

We are looking for a talented Developer Team Lead who is passionate about writing code and also excited to lead a small team of engineers.  This person should embrace Servant Leadership and be passionate about empowering their team to grow and succeed, and this person should have excellent programming skills and a deep passion for developing large applications.

What is vital, however, is that you have, and demonstrate, a burning desire to constantly learn new things and to be proactive in your development efforts.

In this position, you will: 

• Manage a small team of engineers.
• Promote the company values.
• Collaborate with your team to plan, build, and deliver world-class software.
• Refactor, optimize, and improve the existing codebase.
• Use your voice to help shape your own personal growth, your team, the department, and the company.
• Use OOP, DDD principles and best practices.
• Software Used: PHP / Laravel, REST, Git, Vue, Docker.

Skills and Experience needed or preferred:

• 2+ years of experience managing a team.
• Experience with SCRUM.
• Experience with all aspects of Frontend development.
• Experience with Vue.js (3) preferable (Experience with React.js & Angular.js would be a good alternative)
• Experience with building large scale SaaS apps like CRM, CMS, and ERP.
• Experience with latest technologies (PHP 8.1+, Laravel 9+).
• Strong proficiency in OOP, DDD principles, Design Patterns and best practices.
• Experience with SOLID principles.
• Familiarity with automated testing frameworks like PHPUnit and testing strategies.
