Votre impact

• Collaborer avec des équipes interfonctionnelles pour comprendre les besoins de l'entreprise et les traduire en spécifications techniques.
• Utiliser Python comme langage de programmation principal pour écrire du code propre, efficace et maintenable.
• Concevoir, développer, tester et déployer des solutions logicielles robustes et évolutives basées sur l'IA.
• Mettre en œuvre les meilleures pratiques de développement logiciel, y compris les revues de code, les tests unitaires et la documentation.
• Optimiser et affiner les algorithmes existants pour améliorer les performances et l'efficacité.
• Collaborer avec les équipes DevOps pour assurer un déploiement fluide et une intégration continue des solutions d'IA.
• Fournir des conseils et du mentorat aux développeurs juniors, favorisant un environnement collaboratif et de partage des connaissances.
• Collaborer avec des équipes interfonctionnelles, y compris des data scientists, des ingénieurs logiciels et des chefs de produit.

Ce que vous apportez

• Baccalauréat en informatique, ou dans un domaine connexe.
• Expérience avérée en tant que développeur Python principal avec une expertise en intelligence artificielle.
• Maîtrise avancée de la programmation Python et expérience avec les bibliothèques et frameworks associés.
• Solide compréhension des meilleures pratiques de développement logiciel, y compris le contrôle de version, les revues de code et les tests.
• L'expérience des plateformes cloud (par exemple, AWS, Azure) et des technologies de conteneurisation (par exemple, Docker) est un atout.
• Excellentes compétences en résolution de problèmes et capacité à travailler de manière indépendante ou en équipe.

Your Impact

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.

• Utilize Python as the primary programming language to write clean, efficient, and maintainable code.

• Design, develop, test, and deploy robust and scalable AI-based software solutions.

• Implement best practices for software development, including code reviews, unit testing, and documentation.

• Optimize and fine-tune existing algorithms for improved performance and efficiency.

• Collaborate with DevOps teams to ensure smooth deployment and continuous integration of AI solutions.

• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior developers, fostering a collaborative and knowledge-sharing environment.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, software engineers, and product managers.

What You Bring

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field.

• Proven experience as a Principal Python developer with expertise in artificial intelligence.

• Advanced proficiency in Python programming and experience with associated libraries and frameworks.

• Solid understanding of software development best practices, including version control, code reviews, and testing.

• Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure) and containerization technologies (e.g., Docker) is an asset.

• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
