DevSecOps Architect

cBEYONData seeks a DevSecOps Architect with proven experience in the Security realm. The individual will be working directly with the CIO's office to implement DevSecOps and CI/CD pipelines to advance the concept and use across PEO EIS. This work will include finalizing the infrastructure assessment, developing an architecture design, and developing a Proof of Concept. Other areas of focus might be assisting with supporting the business case by refining the cost and benefit analysis.

Responsibilities:

• Attend meetings and help devise strategy and implementation planning surrounding DevSecOps
• Build Proof of Concept (POC) features to demonstrate capabilities before they go to scale
• Proactively engage Government leaders to find ways to add value and help advance this important concept
• Be able to work in dynamic, fast paced environment with minimal direction

Requirements:

• BA/BS with 10 years of experience (Degree requirement can be substituted with additional years of experience)
• Secret Clearance or higher
• Demonstrated experience with DevSecOps, especially the Security component of it
• Proficiency in configuring, managing, and optimizing CI/CD pipelines
• Proficiency in scripting languages (e.g., Python, PowerShell, Bash) for automation tasks and integrating security tools
• Strong knowledge of network security concepts, protocols, and technologies (e.g., firewalls, IDS/IPS, VPNs)
• Experience in collecting, parsing, and analyzing logs from diverse sources (servers, applications, network devices)
• Experience in AWS
• Experience in DoD and Army a plus
