We provide good benefits and top pay in a modern, very clean, and air conditioned tool room.. We are looking for an experienced Tool and Die Maker to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, building, maintaining, and repairing progressive and single stage dies, fixtures, gauges, and other tools used in the metal stamping process. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of machining processes and techniques including mills, lathes and surface grinders and some experience with CAD/CAM software. We are looking for someone who is highly motivated and can work independently with minimal supervision. Responsibilities: • Trouble shoot progressive and single hit dies in the punch press • Design and fabricate tools, dies, fixtures, and gauges. • Perform maintenance and repairs on existing tools and dies. • Analyze blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine the most efficient manufacturing methods. • Create new tooling for production processes. • Perform machining operations on metals and other materials. • Inspect finished products for accuracy and quality.
