Clear Ridge Defense is looking for Digital Network Intelligence Analysts who will compile, integrate, and interpret all-source data to develop targeting opportunities with respect to enabling CNE efforts with targeting and Exploitation Operation or other partners as necessary. They will collaborate with other members of the Intelligence Community affiliates and foreign partners to identify capabilities to apply against target networks. These analysts will proactively identify tool and capability gaps and forward recommendations through appropriate tool champions. These intelligence professionals will possess an understanding of the SIGINT system to include data flow, AMOD efforts and tools as well as NSA Legacy tools and databases. Identify opportunities and develop solutions to optimize and automate processes critical to missions.

The right candidate will have the following qualifications:
Minimum Qualifications:
- TS/SCI clearance with Poly
- BA or BS degree
Junior Digital Network Intelligence Analyst
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent military experience with 2+ years of related experience. or 4+ years experience
- TS/SCI or higher clearance
- 2+ years of Intelligence analysis experience within the DoD/IC.
- Knowledge of and/or working with Tools/Databases: INTELINK, DISHFIRE, MARINA, PINWALE, UTT, TUNINGFORK, ASSOCIATION, BlackPearl, AGILITY, Analyst Notebook, TKB, ANCHORY, or MAUI.
- Knowledge of how to perform technical analysis against target systems and networks, characterize target network capabilities and vulnerabilities, and support development of new techniques to exploit targets.
- Experience with DNI/DNR and an understanding of the Special Technical Operations and Special Access Program communities
- Language analysis experience with Russian, Persian/Farsi, Urdu, and/or Mandarin/Cantonese
Preferred Qualifications:
- Language analysis experience with Russian Proficiency of (3+/3+)
Mid-Level Digital Network Intelligence Analyst
Qualifications:
- Degree in a relevant field or equivalent military training with at least 6 years of related experience
- 4+ years of Intelligence analysis experience within the DoD/IC.
- Experienced in some or all of the following Tools/Databases: INTELINK, DISHFIRE, MARINA, PINWALE, UTT, TUNINGFORK, ASSOCIATION, BlackPearl, AGILITY, Analyst Notebook, TKB, ANCHORY, or MAUI.
- Ability to perform technical analysis against target systems and networks, characterize target network capabilities and vulnerabilities, and support development of new techniques to exploit targets.
- Understanding & experience with collection management and intelligence community databases.
- Demonstrated experience in one or more of these areas: SIGDEV; DNI analysis, mapping and reconstruction; CNE exploitation; Target templating; Social Network Analysis (SNA); Network threat and vulnerability assessments, threat characterization; SIGINT product reporting; and/or Technical language/metadata/content analysis, and network mapping.
- Experience with DNI/DNR.
- Language analysis experience at least (3/3) with Russian, Persian, Farsi, Mandarin, Cantonese, Portuguese, and/or Spanish
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with the following tools: XKeyscore, DataXplorer, DNI, UTT, Grapevine
- Language analysis experience with Mandarin/Cantonese Proficiency of (3+/3+)
- Language analysis experience with Urdu language (2+/2+)
Senior Digital Network Intelligence Analyst
Qualifications:
- Degree in a relevant field or equivalent military training with 8 years of related experience
- 6+ years of Intelligence analysis experience within the DoD/IC.
- Experienced in some or all of the following Tools/Databases: INTELINK, DISHFIRE, MARINA, PINWALE, UTT, TUNINGFORK, ASSOCIATION, BlackPearl, AGILITY, Analyst Notebook, TKB, ANCHORY, or MAUI.
- Ability to perform technical analysis against target systems and networks, characterize target network capabilities and vulnerabilities, and support development of new techniques to exploit targets.
- Understanding & experience with collection management and intelligence community databases.
