Digital Solution Business Analyst

As a Senior Business Analyst, you will be responsible for gathering and interpreting requirements, analysing business processes, identifying opportunities and risks, and driving solutions that can drive measurable business impact and transform the way we work. In this role, you will conduct analysis to identify and validate key requirements, providing inputs to product, design, and engineering teams to translate these into the target experience. You will also map and prototype key processes, gather feedback to inform planning, and support new solutions with user acceptance scopes and training content. Additionally, you will capture post-implementation insights and feedback on user requirements.
