Job Description:
This job is responsible for managing client engagement requirements for a department, region, or Line of Business. Key responsibilities include consulting with leadership to develop strategies, and executing financial control/budgeting and consolidation, personnel processes, audit/compliance, training, service quality, process improvement, and communication. Job expectations include understanding business sectors, coordinating projects, and serving as a subject matter expert on client or regulatory needs.

Responsibilities:

  • Demonstrates influence over business partners through effective negotiations and strategic awareness
  • Maintains strategic awareness and contributes to the development of the vision, while focusing efforts on high potential business opportunities and staying current on industry trends to make informed decisions
  • Manages diverse collaborative teams that value differences and practice empathy
  • Creates a risk management culture by ensuring personal and collective responsibility for mitigating risk in daily business activities
  • Demonstrates strategic awareness and contributes to the development of the vision while focusing efforts on high potential business opportunities and staying current on industry trends
  • Influences leadership behaviors in teammates and business partners, while representing Bank of America
