Job Description

Every role at Trove Brands is critical to our successful functioning as a whole. Your specific responsibilities as a part of Team Trove will include: 

• Build and maintain relationships with domestic 3PL partners
• Conduct regular meetings and business reviews to monitor performance.
• Enforce KPI compliance and address bottlenecks.
• Communicate volume changes and ensure alignment with business needs.
• Collaborate with internal teams to streamline operations.

Qualifications

We seek team members adept at contributing their expertise to a collaborative work environment. For this role, we’re looking for someone with the following skills and experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field (preferred). 
• 3+ years of experience in logistics or 3PL management. 
• Strong negotiation and relationship management skills.
• Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving capabilities.
• Familiarity with automation tools and ERP systems (Acumatica experience is a plus).
