Drain Technician

Responsibilities: • Perform professional drain cleaning and maintenance services in residential, commercial, and industrial settings. • Diagnose and resolve drain issues using specialized tools and equipment. • Respond to emergency service calls, including evenings and weekends, as required. • Provide outstanding customer service and ensure work is completed to the highest standards. • Maintain accurate job records, including materials used and tasks performed. • Follow all safety regulations and company procedures. Qualifications: • Experience Required:Minimum of 3-5 years of proven experience in drain cleaning or a similar plumbing-related role. • Familiarity with drain cleaning equipment and techniques (e.g., augers, jetting, cameras). • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record. • Strong troubleshooting skills and a detail-oriented mindset. • Ability to work flexible hours, including emergency call shifts. • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
