About the Role

As a Dynamics 365 CE - Senior Functional Consultant, you’ll be the conduit between the client’s business users, stakeholders and the technical development teams. This is a challenging and rewarding role to grow your existing analysis, design, communication and diplomatic abilities. You’ll be comfortable in front of clients at all levels as you’ll be leading workshops, eliciting requirements, crafting solutions and articulating Microsoft concepts.

Our offices are based in Adelaide, Brisbane, Canberra, Melbourne and Sydney. We like to bring people together in person when we can, but we are mindful of the benefits of working from home for work/ life balance. We therefore leave it to you and the team you join to figure out what works best!

What you’ll do

At the moment, as Dynamics 365 CE - Senior Functional Consultant, you will be across multiple projects with high profile clients. Our projects are typically end to end deliveries, combining both CE and ERP together and pairing with portals, mobile and deep integration to customer systems – so there’s heaps to get your teeth stuck into!

We are a pretty agile company, and are keen to respond to customer, technology and internal stakeholders’ changing requirements and this can mean we evolve in our roles to meet those needs.

What you’ll bring

The successful candidate for this role will be seen as an expert in their field and will have demonstrated experience and success in a similar, client facing role.

Additionally, we’re looking for the following:

• You’ll have plenty of experience leading the implementation of Microsoft Dynamics CE systems and have an understanding of Sales, Service and Marketing principals.
• Experience with Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE/CRM) and Power Platforms is essential.
• You may also have experience with presales and shaping projects.
• You enjoy being hands on and aren’t afraid to get stuck in there to train your customers or mentor junior team members.
