Job Description

Role and Responsibility:

1. Dynatrace Consultant is expected to enable the observability of the applications identified.
2. Ability to handle complex environment consisting of Hybrid Cloud for implementation both SaaS and OnPremise.
3. Configure application monitoring, anomaly detection profiles creation, alert profile creation, synthetic monitoring, log monitoring, etc.
4. Framing of observability based on objective and connect with Customer Business teams, IT and CISO.
5. Dynatrace Consultant would act as the in charge of technical solution.
6. Demonstrate understanding of transaction processing, multi-tier application development, web infrastructure (web services, trend analysis, etc.) monitoring (including scripting synthetic transactions), defining meaningful metrics, identifying critical points in application workflow and leading appropriate corrective action.
7. Act as Consultant in terms of building monitoring recommendations for Application services and availability.
8. Understanding security issues (flow opening / CISO validation)
9. Understanding customer processes (Change Process)
10. Support in identification of Root Cause Analysis.
11. DevOps Framework Understanding, Knowledge of industrialization tools such as Ansible, and Mastery of Shell / Scripting (Linux / PowerShell / Python)
12. Understanding of DQL Queries and 
13. Familiarity with API and Integration with complex nature.
14. Ready to work in a 24*7 environment.

Certifications and Trainings:

1. Dynatrace Professional Certification
2. ITIL Awareness
3. Agile Practice

Total Experience Expected: 06-08 years

Qualifications

MCA/B.Tech./B.E.
