This opportunity is open to candidates who are in their final year of studies or recent graduates without prior work experience.

Your role and responsibilities

The Early Associate will join the Talent & Transformation team within IBM Consulting to support projects focused on human resources transformation change management and organizational evolution.

Key responsibilities include:
*Supporting the design and implementation of organizational change strategies.
*Participating in digital transformation initiatives within the talent domain.
*Collaborating in the analysis and improvement of HR processes.
*Assisting in the preparation of deliverables presentations and project documentation.
*Engaging with multidisciplinary teams and internal clients to understand needs and contribute innovative solutions.

Required education
Bachelor's Degree
Required technical and professional expertise

*Demonstrated interest in consulting organizational transformation and change management.
*Strong analytical skills attention to detail and effective communication abilities.
*Proficiency in office tools (Excel PowerPoint Word).
*Proactive attitude eagerness to learn and ability to work collaboratively.

*Full professional proficiency in Spanish and English


This opportunity is open to candidates who are in their final year of studies or recent graduates without prior work experience.

Preferred technical and professional experience

*Basic knowledge of change management methodologies (e.g. ADKAR Kotter).
*Previous experience in internships or university projects related to HR consulting or digital transformation.
