The Early Associate will join the Talent & Transformation team within IBM Consulting to support projects focused on human resources transformation change management and organizational evolution.
Key responsibilities include:
*Supporting the design and implementation of organizational change strategies.
*Participating in digital transformation initiatives within the talent domain.
*Collaborating in the analysis and improvement of HR processes.
*Assisting in the preparation of deliverables presentations and project documentation.
*Engaging with multidisciplinary teams and internal clients to understand needs and contribute innovative solutions.
*Demonstrated interest in consulting organizational transformation and change management.
*Strong analytical skills attention to detail and effective communication abilities.
*Proficiency in office tools (Excel PowerPoint Word).
*Proactive attitude eagerness to learn and ability to work collaboratively.
*Full professional proficiency in Spanish and English
