We are looking for an experienced Learning Consultant with strong program and project management skills. The role supports the Global Sales School (GSS) program within the Talent organization ensuring smooth global deployment and measuring business outcomes tied to new seller success.
Key Responsibilities
- Project Management: Track and manage GSS deployment activities design efforts and progress reporting.
- Collaboration: Work closely with GSS teams HR Talent Enablement and Sales to address requirements and concerns.
- Reporting & Tracking: Use IBM tools to monitor global deployment success and learning metrics.
- Communication & Relationship Management: Build stakeholder relationships create communication strategies and maintain dashboards for updates.
- Consulting & Influence: Partner with learning and talent teams to address enterprise-wide learning needs prioritize requirements and recommend solutions.
- Manage up to 30 Supplemental Sales Coaching employees who support delivery of Global Sales School learning
