eCommerce Manager

Job Description

Member of the eCommerce sales team charged with managing and growing online sales channels. The eCommerce Manager will work closely with the eCommerce National Account Manager and other cross functional teams to exceed revenue and profit goals within the channel. The successful candidate will have a firm grasp and understanding of eCommerce centric site merchandising activities and optimization tactics. Additionally, candidate must have a working knowledge of Amazon.com and Vendor Central.

Specific responsibilities include:

• Manage the P&L associated with the Belkin brands in the US, Canada, Amazon Business account, including, but not limited to Belkin, Phyn, and Playa
• Manage key Belkin categories in the US and establish Amazon Canada and Business accounts from scratch. Preferred to have Amazon Canada experience and Business account
• Meeting revenue and GP goals established by the Finance Team
• Apply SEO best practices for the brands' websites to ensure they rank high with Google SERPs.
• Create and execute strategies around SEM with Google Ads campaign to optimize ROAS, increase revenue and maintain the advertising budget allotted to the eCommerce Team
• Develop and execute review solicitation programs, with 3rd party and internal reviewer programs to drive increased reviews at product launch
• Oversee the Belkin Affiliate Network program and manage the budget allocated to this revenue generating channel
• Execute the Global eCommerce pricing and promotions strategy ensuring that regional market requirements, channel strategies and retail seasonality is integrated into the global strategy
• Work closely with the Inventory Planning Team to provide an ongoing forecast for inventory demand
• Manage and maintain the online product assortment in-line with the Global and Regional product strategies. Work to ensure assortment is In-Stock, correctly priced, accurately categorized and is presented with high quality content
• Provide co-ordination of the online activation of new products & programs including Affiliate & Marketplace programs
• Develop short and long-term strategic and operational plans to ensure best customer experiences from web to ship
• Conduct research and make recommendations on product merchandising, promotional strategies and functional capabilities in support of the evolving interactive, eCommerce and digital marketing requirements
• Identify and communicate technical problems and propose solutions

Education and Experience Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing (or related field) and MBA preferred
• Five+ years' experience working in online consumer products
• MUST have Amazon 1P experience, preferred both 1P&3P experience over 3+ years
• Responsible for building Marketplace business from scratch with minimal supervision
• Extensive knowledge in eCommerce metrics and the use of data analytical tools like SEMRush, Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Google Lighthouse, and Screaming Frog to gather and report data

Range for this position:

$65,000 - $80,000

Factors such as geographic location, academic credentials, relevant experience, and specific knowledge, skills and abilities will influence the actual salary offered.
