Electrical Service Manager

Overview We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Electrical Service Manager. This individual will be responsible for overseeing electrical service operations, managing service technicians, coordinating service schedules, developing new business relationships, and ensuring customer satisfaction. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to quality service delivery. Duties • Manage daily operations of the service department, ensuring efficient workflow and high-quality service delivery. • Prepare estimates for service projects. • Coordinate projects from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets. • Read and interpret blueprints to facilitate system design and implementation. • Oversee the training and development of service electricians, promoting a culture of continuous improvement. • Maintain relationships with clients, addressing any concerns or issues promptly. • Ensure compliance with NEC standards and regulations in all service operations. Requirements • Proven experience in a managerial role within the electrical or construction industry. • Strong knowledge of electrical trade. • Experience with estimating electrical projects. • Familiarity with project coordination tools such as Prolog and ProCore. • Familiarity with service management applications such as Housecall Pro or Service Titan. • Ability to read blueprints and understand system design concepts. • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. • Experience in project scheduling and resource allocation is preferred. • A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong analytical skills.
