Electrical Test Engineer BiMOS Backend 80 - 100% (f/m/d)

Responsibilities:

• Guarantee electrical testing capabilities
• Participate in procurement projects of fully automated testing equipment
• Monitor testing equipment productivity parameters
• Set up and improve test sequences in close collaboration with Product Engineering and R&D
• Investigate technical issues in production and devise/establish corrective actions using statistical tools and involving various stakeholders
• Support yield improvement projects and root cause analysis
• Documentation and presentation of the results

• Solid degree (BSc/MSc) in electrical engineering or related field
• Knowledge of statistical analysis tools
• Understanding of high-volume production/testing processes is advantageous
• Fluency in English and German
• Quick learning ability and shown hands-on mentality
• Good communicator with a highly collaborative approach to work
