• Maximize semiconductor system availability with a focus on Etching Area (Plasma and Wet)
• Ensure workplace and system safety using 5S methodology
• Collaborate with maintenance, process, and production teams for efficient operations
• Participate in projects to upgrade and modernize production lines
• Document daily tasks and support troubleshooting activities
• Train team members on system maintenance and best practices

• Technical vocational training (e.g., automation or electronics technician)
• Additional technical/methodological training is a plus
• Experience with semiconductor or similar industrial systems preferred
• Strong knowledge of electronics, mechanics, pneumatics, and vacuum systems
• Expertise in dry etch (e.g., AMat Centura, LAM Rainbow) and wet etch (e.g., Siconnex, SEZ tools) processes is a bonus
• Proficiency in German and English required
• Organized, team-oriented, and capable of working shifts in continuous production
