Electrician

Overview Cinnamon Energy Systems (CES) is a Los Gatos-based solar, batery and electrifica�on contractor with a heritage of over 15,000 customers since 2001. As electricity rates con�nue to increase – while at the same �me we transi�on to EVs and electrify our buildings with heat pumps – it becomes even more important to plan for electrifica�on and make the right equipment choices. Over the past few years CES has grown to become the leading solar, batery and electrical upgrade installer in Silicon Valley. As a result of this success, we are looking for a qualified electrician to join our team> Func�ons & Responsibili�es: • Perform panel and service upgrades on residences • Both overhead and underground EV charger installa�ons • backup subpanel installa�ons and wiring, residen�al and light commercial wiring and troubleshoo�ng • Stucco, framing and weatherproofing to pass inspec�ons • Ensure aten�on to detail with an emphasis on quality and safety • Follow OSHA safety procedures • Atend city and u�lity inspec�ons on behalf of customers • Working with Lead Installers to complete wiring and grounding • Loading, unloading and cleanup of job equipment and materials; and other related tasks • Customer Sa�sfac�on • Consistently show professionalism & diplomacy to assure customer sa�sfac�on • Effec�vely escalate customer situa�ons when unable to achieve resolu�on • Teamwork and Dependability: • Demonstrate ability to work effec�vely with other team members and company employees. • Always maintain a professional image and decorum • Relate to the public and to customers in a professional, courteous, and respec�ul manner, • appropriately responding to their concerns • Meet established atendance guidelines • Demonstrate aten�veness and comprehension at all company training/mee�ngs • Advocate service delivery system improvements • Performs other allied du�es as assigned by supervisor Requirements & Qualifica�ons: • High School degree • 1 or more years of construc�on/electrical experience • Be able to communicate effec�vely to supervisor when needed • Skills in using common construc�on tools • Willingness & ability to work over�me when needed • Maintain a clean driving record • Physical Requirements & Work Environment: • Excellent mobility, ability to sit, stand, crawl, walk, bend, stoop, use of hands/fingers, be able to climb ladders, work with tools and be able to reach for an extended period of �me. Ability to li� up to 50 lbs.
