Here are what we believe to beEssential Duties and Responsibilities: • Develops and maintains professional communications with co-workers and clients • Develop and maintain relationships with clients, assuring client satisfaction • Attend client project meetings • Establish, manage, and provide leadership to job/project team • Facilitates and troubleshoots problems associated with project • Maintain control and accurate projections of project costs • Provide department leadership by example and mentoring • Timecard management & labor tracking • Safety Tracking & Oversight • Manage on-site installation(s) and ensure the work is performed to the plans, specifications and Company standards. • Responsible for material ordering, inventory and RGA process. • Project subcontractor and rental management. • Communicate RFI’s, Change Orders and project updates to the Project Manager and relevant team members. • Maintain complete and accurate red-lines/as-builts for the duration of the project. • Ensure all work is performed to NEC and local codes. • Ensure all employees are showing up on time and are completing proper breaks and lunch times per the Handbook and required by law. * * * Requirements 5+ years in the commercial electrical field Active CA Electrician State Certification Clean DMV record Data Center/Critical Environment experience preferred * Job Type: Full-time Pay: $50.00 - $65.00 per hour Work Location: In person
