Key Responsibilities

• Email Campaign Execution : Design Build QA and deploy engaging email campaigns using Marketo ensuring timely delivery and flawless execution.

• Automation Workflow Management : Develop and manage automated email to nurture leads onboard clients and re-engage inactive clients.

• Segmentation and Personalization : Utilize Marketo’s segmentation tools to identify and create specific audience segments with personalized messaging maximizing relevance and engagement.

• Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze email campaign performance metrics and deliverability score providing actionable insights to optimize account health and future campaigns to drive continuous improvement.

• Provide regular campaign performance reports that include opens clicks conversions revenue unsubscribes etc

• SPAM Compliance : Ensure all email marketing campaigns comply with relevant spam laws (ie. CAN-SPAM GDPR CASL)

• Assist with marketing functions as needed

Requirements

• A.S. in Marketing Communication Journalism or equivalent work experience

• Excellent written communication skills and attention to detail.

• 1-2 years' experience with Marketo or other large marketing automationand email service platforms (HubSpot Eloqua Pardot )

• Working understanding of email analytics and KPIs for reporting as well as optimizing campaigns for efficiency and effectiveness.

• Understanding of data security and regulatory measures that apply to consumer email marketing

• 1-2 years’ proven experience in HTML and CSS

Nice to have

• 3 years of HTML Experience

• Marketo experience

• Preferable experience in a B2B or tech startup environment

• Salesforce experience
