This is a full-time remote role for an Email Marketing Strategist (Klaviyo) at Rocket Conversions. The role involves working on a growth team with Growth Strategists Creative Strategists and others. You are the team's Klaviyo expert.

Please Only Apply If
  • You have 4+ years of experience with Klaviyo
  • You are basically a magician with Klaviyo you have the ability to create email marketing strategies that cover the most important flows with the best conditions triggers and segmentation etc.
  • You are great at doing internet research to find data that leads to ideas for emails and SMS.
  • You understand funnels and how email/SMS marketing fits into funnels.
  • You are great at the technical side of Klaviyo.
  • You are great at writing direct response copy.
  • You can show examples of the emails you have produced & copy you have written.
  • Your goal is to be an A-player elite email marketer.
  • You have an extreme level of attention-to-detail and are extremely well organized.
  • You love playing the game of email & SMS marketing.
  • You love understanding the data of why your flows & campaigns performed or didn't perform.

  • You are organized & can meet deadlines reliably.
  • You are detail-oriented with elite-level organizing skills and an ability to balance efficiency with creativity.
  • Understanding of direct response copywriting principles like AIDA PAS etc.
  • You love doing audience and market research to leverage this info into action in your projects.
  • You are great at expressing your thoughts in written form.
  • You have experience in design tools like Photoshop Stripo and other A.I tools for email marketing.
  • You are a driven proactive individual interested in self-improvement reading books consuming content and aiming to become the better version of yourself.
  • You are committed to being the best version of yourself and being a real team player.
  • You are honest.
  • You continually learn & love talking about & sharing your knowledge of consumer psychology and creative best practices.
  • You love your craft you follow the best email marketers to see what they're doing and you stay on top of trends.
  • You must have a stable work-from-home office with at least 2 monitors.
  • Design skills are a big +.
  • Digital advertising agency experience is a big +.
