Your position in our team

• Manage a team of full-stack software engineers focusing on mobile applications and branded solutions.

• Play an active role in shaping our backend technology stack across the organization.

• Oversee the design development and implementation of software solutions.

• Participate in code reviews offer technical guidance and ensure adherence to best practices.

• Work closely with your direct reports to understand their strengths weaknesses and career aspirations.

• Develop personalized plans to enhance growth and development.

• Align team members’ individual growth with the strategic goals of software development projects.

• Cultivate a culture of innovation collaboration and high operational efficiency to meet company objectives.

• Direct and oversee the strategic direction of software projects to ensure they align with overall business goals.

Your profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.

• At least 8 years of experience in software development ideally within SaaS platforms or startup environments.

• Hands-on experience with the Java tech stack (Spring Hibernate AWS).

• Experience with Flutter for mobile app development is a plus.

• Proven success in leading engineering teams and managing their development and expansion.

• An approachable empathetic leadership style and integrity.

• Comfort in dynamic fast-paced settings.

• Experience with direct responsibility for R&D projects and successful implementation.

• Enthusiasm for new programming trends enjoys working in diverse teams and fluency in English (German is a plus).
