Entry Level Accounting Specialist

Now hiring an Entry-Level Accounting Specialistfor a National Bank!

On-Site in Raleigh, North Carolina 4 days per week

W2 $30/hour

Expected to be a long term role as a contractor to FTE

W2-only contract (no options for C2C or 1099), 40 hours per week, weekly pay, benefit options, paid for hours worked

Summary:

• Support Project Managers with invoices for their projects to ensure they are paid.
• Excel Invoice submission to OPR/Peoplesoft.
• Track and input invoices into payables system and notate expense to proper project in Clarity.
• Track invoices and update project financials.
• Update Excel spreadsheet to appropriate track invoices.
• Communicate directly with Project Managers when additional data is needed to complete invoices.

Required Skills:

• Degree in Accounting or Finance OR 1+ year of billing, invoicing, accounts payable experience.
• Strong MS Excel skills.
• Detail-Oriented with high level of accuracy in data entry.
• Passionate about gaining experience in the accounting world.
• Strong communication skills.
