Entry Level – Business Analyst/Project Manager

Your Role and Responsibilities

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

• Have an Associate’s Degree College Diploma Bachelor’s Degree or Master’s Degree by date of employment
• Be willing and able to live and work in Monroe with some travel anticipated
• Have a sense of urgency in satisfying project deliverables for client success
• Required Professional and Technical Expertise:
• You have the ability to work in an Agile collaborative environment
• You have an understanding of what user requirements are
• You have exposure to capturing/documenting user requirements
• You have an understanding of prioritizing requirements based on importance and resource constraints (i.e. time schedule scope and/or cost)
• You have an understanding of the software development life cycle
• Good communication skills
