Our Entry Level Customer Service Associate is a fundamental component to our client's program and is responsible for communicating with Customers on a daily basis, maintaining a relationship, and ensuring complete satisfaction while achieving sales performance objectives.
Responsibilities Of Our Entry Level Customer Service Associate:
• Work directly with customers to educate them on products and services and complete the sales process with anyone who qualifies
• Present products such as wireless devices to customers
• Utilize unbelievable customer service and negotiation skills to enhance the sales pipeline and customer loyalty
• Partake in the sales process, account set up, client management training and onboarding process
• Assist the Management team in establishing and surpassing customer service and sales goals for the team, further increasing revenue for our clients
• Communicate professionally and regularly with other entry-level team members to troubleshoot any issues swiftly and efficiently
• Maintain up-to-date on changing product knowledge, pricing, and compliance regulations to ensure the ultimate success of our customer service & sales representatives, and a stellar customer experience
Entry Level Customer Service Associate Qualifications:
• Experience in Customer Service and/or Sales
• Ease of handling high-pressure situations with a diverse group of people
• Exceptional time management skills with the flexibility to pivot on a dime and resolve issues promptly
• The ability to adapt to different situations and environments
• Negotiation skills, public speaking, and presentation skills
• Professionalism with impeccable communication skills
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $700.00 - $1,300.00 per week
Work Location: In person
