Administrative intern to support the zStack (Mainframe) ecosystem in the Operations Sales and Ecosystem teams.Responsibilities
include organizing documents and data preparing reports and presentations maintaining internal records coordinating administrative
workflows and assisting with daily activities related to zStack/Mainframe operations.
- Undergraduate student in Business Administration Information Systems Technology Management or related fields.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Proficiency with Office/Google Workspace tools (Excel Docs Slides).
- Interest in technology environments and willingness to learn about Mainframe/zStack.
- Administrative process coordination and documentation.
- Data organization reporting and dashboard updates.
- Preparation of internal materials and communication support.
- Collaboration with Operations Sales and Ecosystem teams.
- Foundational understanding of enterprise tech environments (zStack/Mainframe) developed during the internship.
