Job Description

Overview We are seeking a talented and experienced Executive Chef to lead our culinary team in delivering exceptional dining experiences. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in fine dining and catering, with proven leadership skills to manage kitchen operations effectively. This role requires creativity in menu planning, expertise in food preparation, and a commitment to maintaining the highest standards of food safety and quality. Duties • Oversee all kitchen operations, ensuring efficient food production and service. • Develop and design innovative menus that reflect current culinary trends while meeting guest preferences. • Manage inventory control and ordering of supplies to maintain optimal stock levels. • Supervise kitchen staff, providing training and guidance to ensure high performance and adherence to food safety standards. • Collaborate with the dietary department to accommodate special dietary needs and preferences. • Ensure compliance with health regulations and maintain a clean, organized kitchen environment. • Coordinate banquet services and special events, ensuring seamless execution from planning through service. • Monitor food quality and presentation to uphold the restaurant's reputation for excellence. • Implement effective shift management practices to optimize staff scheduling and productivity. Experience • Proven experience as an Executive Chef or in a similar leadership role within the culinary field. • Extensive knowledge of food service management, including inventory management, food handling, and safety protocols. • Strong background in fine dining establishments with experience in menu planning and catering services. • Demonstrated ability to manage a diverse team effectively while fostering a positive work environment. • Experience in supervising kitchen staff, with a focus on training and development. • Culinary degree or equivalent experience in the food industry is preferred. • Familiarity with bartending practices is a plus.
