Experienced General Laborer

Job Summary We are seeking dedicated and hardworking experienced laborers to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong mechanical knowledge and experience with plumbing, electrical, machine operating, metal fabricating etc. This role involves constructing baseball turf fields from the ground up and other various sports construction jobs. Responsibilities • Operate and maintain hand tools and power tools for assembly tasks. • Work on the assembly line to fabricate and assemble products according to specifications. • Perform quality checks on finished products to ensure they meet company standards. • Assist in the organization and maintenance of the warehouse area, ensuring a clean and safe working environment. • Collaborate with team members to optimize production efficiency and workflow. • Safely operate forklifts as needed for material handling within the manufacturing facility. • Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe workplace. Experience • Previous experience working installing turf fields and in a sports construction setting is preferred. • Familiarity with assembly processes and mechanical knowledge is advantageous. • Experience using hand tools, power tools, and forklifts is a plus. • Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment while maintaining individual productivity. • Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
