Experienced House Manager

We are a marriedcouple (and 3 pups) who own and operate a business from our home. We are seeking adependable, organized, and proactive House Manager to maintain the cleanliness,organization, and functionality of our household. While we will be present mostof the time, occasional travel may occur.

This positionrequires flexibility, excellent communication skills, and attention to detail.The ideal candidate should be proactive, organized, and capable of managingmultiple tasks efficiently.

Responsibilities:

1. Maintain HighStandard of Cleanliness: Ensure the entire household is clean and sanitizedthrough regular tasks such as dusting, vacuuming, mopping, dishwashing, andsurface sanitization.

2. Household TaskManagement: Develop and implement an organized system for managing householdchores, including laundry, ironing, daily clean-up and wardrobe management.Conduct regular and special cleaning projects as needed.

3. InventoryManagement: Keep track of household supplies, including cleaning products,toiletries, and groceries. Order supplies as necessary and coordinatedeliveries.

4. Food Preparation:Assist with basic meal preparation, healthy meal planning, grocery shopping,and cooking when required. (Crockpot/InstantPot meal etc.)

5. Coordination withContractors: Liaise with contractors (plumbers, electricians, etc.) to ensuresmooth household operations.

6. AdditionalProjects: Oversee and coordinate any additional household projects assigned bythe employers, demonstrating flexibility and a proactive approach.

7. Errands andChores: Assist with various errands, organization, pet care, car maintenance,and other household tasks as needed.

8. Light OfficeWork: Perform light administrative tasks such as filing, organizing, and otheroffice duties as required.

Qualifications:

- Proactive mindset:Willingness to take initiative, problem-solve, and find solutionsindependently.

- Clean drivingrecord and background check.

- Animal lover:Comfortable with and fond of our three dogs.

- Exceptionalreferences
