Your Role and Responsibilities
As an Application Developer you will be working on translating system requirements into the design and development of customized systems in an agile environment. You’ll have the opportunity to gain experience working with various design systems such as IBM’s Carbon design system.

Your Primary Responsibilities Include:

• Leveraging modern tools and techniques to develop clean efficient and reusable software code
• Ensuring quality and timeliness of deliverables by employing strategies such as code reviews unit tests.
• Work in an agile project-centric team-focused environment
• Involvement in technical and architectural decisions that shape the course of the project
• Involvement in product shaping decisions and empowerment to propose new features
• Coaching educating and advocating frontend development best practices
• Continuously learning new technologies and methodologies

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

• 3+ years of Software development experience
• Proficiency working with JavaScript TypeScript HTML CSS SCSS
• Work experience with React or Angular
• Good knowledge of APIs (REST GraphQL)
• Experience in testing and resolving performance concerns
• Knowledge of team Git workflow and version control
• Feeling comfortable in Agile / DevOps environment

Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise

• Experience/Knowledge of additional programming languages/frameworks (such as Node.js or Python)
• Experience working with design tools (such as Figma InVision)
• Experience working with project management tools (such as JIRA Monday.com)
• Understanding of deployment process and tools (Jenkins)
• Cloud certification
• Pro-active involvement in IT communities and events
