Your Role and Responsibilities

As a Senior Software Developer you’ll participate in many aspects of the software development lifecycle such as design code implementation testing and support. You will create software that enables your clients’ hybrid-cloud and AI journeys.

You’ll have the opportunity to work with the latest technologies developing responsive scalable fault-tolerant and maintainable solutions.

Your primary responsibilities include:

• Work in an agile project-centric team-focused environment.

• Be involved in every step of the process from design development testing release changes and troubleshoot where necessary providing a great customer service.

• Analyze validate and propose improvements to existing functionality with the support of the architect.

• Drive key discussions with your stakeholders and analyze the current landscape for opportunities to operate and code creative solutions.

• Establishing processes procedures and guidelines for how technical work should be performed within the project.

• Continuously learn new methodologies and technologies.

• Share your knowledge within your team and organization.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

• Solid work experience with Java and/or Spring Boot.

• Technical team leading experience.

• Expertise with SQL and NoSQL databases.

• Developing cloud native applications for at least one Cloud platform (AWS Azure Google Cloud Platform IBM Cloud).

• Experience with Containers (Docker Podman) and Kubernetes.

• Ready to work in Agile / DevOps environment.

Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise

• Experience/Knowledge of additional programming languages/frameworks (like Node.js Go Python or .NET)
• Cloud sertification
• Pro-active involvement in IT communities and events

• Monthly salary for this position is from 5100 EUR gross to 6700 EUR gross*.
