A food company is seeking a qualified Factory Maintenance Manager who has working experience in the factory environment.
A successful candidate will have abilities to perform tasks involved in:

Salary: $100 β 110K/ yr + great benefits
Business Hour: Monday to Friday
8:00am- 5:00pm (may work on weekends and evenings)

Summary:
Responsible to manage all aspects of maintenance engineering to include mechanical, electrical and plumbing. Ensure all mechanical, electrical and plumbing projects, initiatives and processes are in conformance with organization's goals and established policies and objectives.
Job Description
β’ Develop, implement and manage maintenance of plant machinery and facility.
β’ Perform analysis of projects, initiatives and processes to establish and strategize a plan, schedule appropriate staffing and coordinate start to finish of each project.
β’ Coordinate with cross-functional business teams to develop the best economic strategy for company plans and projects. Ensure on-time project completion.
β’ Adhere to established company policies, procedures, terms and conditions and regulations that affect maintenance procedures and policies. Establish and implement methods and best practices related to maintenance activities which meet company policies such as The Good Manufacturing Policies and other policies, procedures and goals.
β’ Manage and supervise maintenance staff. Hire, evaluate, mentor, motivate, train, discipline and terminate employees within company established policies and procedures.
β’ Identify, develop and manage effective relationships with existing and potential suppliers of goods and services to meet the established cost, quality and delivery targets.
β’ Maintain a safe and healthy work environment by implementing, maintaining and aligning company policies that adhere to local, state and federal environmental, health and safety regulations.
β’ Manage, operate, edit and update machinery software.
β’ Conduct weekly departmental meetings and report to Plant Manager.
β’ Performs related duties as required
Job Requirements
β’ Bachelor's Degree or equivalent (combination of education credits and relevant full-time experience).
β’ Minimum 5 yearsβ experience in management of maintenance in a manufacturing environment.
β’ Previous supervisory/managerial experience preferably 5 or more direct personnel.
β’ Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint β Intermediate Proficiency
β’ Working knowledge of manufacturing software.
β’ English Language (Speaking/Listening)
β’ Must be able to lead by example and motivate employees to create a challenging, empowering and collaborative working environment.
β’ Exposure to moving mechanical parts and risk of electrical shock. Occasional exposure to fumes, heat and vibration. Constant and moderate exposure to noise level from machinery.
β’ Proper personal protective equipment will be required and some offered from Company i.e. slip resistance shoes, gloves, hearing protection, etc.
β’ Must wear safety boots.
β’ Physical involvement may be required when items need to shifted around , up to 30-50 pounds.
